Review of Videodrome (1983) by Cody Y — 06 Apr 2013
There are two aspects of this movie that I really admired: the concept of broadcasting that damns, and the spectacular 80's animatronics and special effects. This being said, I believe both these things were completely wasted on this movie.
The way they incorported the idea of videodrome being a forbidden knowledge should have been captivating, but it the acting, dialogue, and dull characters really makes this film a drag.
