Review of Video Days (1991) by Private U — 11 Feb 2008
An absolute classic! Video Days is primarily a street video of innovative style from the Blind team during the early 90s. In a DIY tradition, the footage sprawls through urban California landscape. Its revolutionary choice of soundtrack featuring John Coltrane, Black Flag, the Jackson 5, Dinosaur Jr, Husker Du was the first to break away from the typical punk music.
Between Jason Lee's gobsmacking tre flips and Guy Marianos' nifty tricks, this is regarded as one of the most influential street skateboarding films of all time.
