Possibly one of the best movies to ever deal with homosexuality, and at a time when most of them run a mile from it as a subject matter. I think its a very dark even now film noir. Watching it as a kid in the early 80's I thought it was incredible while all around was in Aid's hysteria the so called gay plague it seemed like it was so relevant even then.
Of course now its very dated but along with The Leather Boy's, and Taste of Honey, its a superb indictment of the whole kitchen sink drama.
