Did you think "Freaky Friday" was the first body switching comedy? This 1948 British comedy from writer/director Peter Ustinov tells the story about a banker and his schoolboy son who inexplicably switch bodies.
The film is quite funny in a broad way, but it's also very British and droll at the same time. And this film is actually a remake of a 1931 film.
