My favourite of this 6 part series, which I guess was a lo budget cash-in on the Police Academy series? Infact, the first 5 films in this series are great but by part 6 all the gags had been used up., Director Rick Sloane reminds me alot of John Waters (and he can talk just as much too!), but he doesn't in any way compare himself to John or cite him as an influence, so that makes him even cooler.
Linnea Quigley isn't in this film (even though she is listed as being in the cast on here- she only starred in parts 1 & 2). This was also the last film in the Vice Academy series to feature porn star Ginger Lynn in a lead role.
A good, entertaining and silly lo-budget film. One of my faves.
