I'm giving it a 4 star because of the scattered humor, the incredible acting, and illustration of that which has not been talked about nearly enough. There was bias, a lot of it, although there were also efforts to show the other side (in other words "humanize" Cheney).

I was a bit disappointed in never learning the significance of the narrator (unless it came after the credits, which I didn't sit around to watch). I thought that the depiction of Bush was a bit overdone- making him look like some kind of idiot.

Overall I enjoyed the movie and found it informative but because of the level of bias, feel I now need to go do some reading and see what's what. I prefer this, though, to a biased lens presented as total neutral turth, and hiding the bias.

Here, the bias was obvious, and that's a good thing.
