Vice offers a startling take on the life of the former Vice President, but in this same vein, it loses much of its credibility with overly outlandish scenes and cheesy clip inserts. Overall, the movie fails to deliver a clear message and leaves the viewer wondering if they watched a biography or a superhero folk tale.
