4-Have to see in the theater. You'll regret it if you don't.
3-Have to see it. Don't have to see in a theater but you won't be disappointed if you do.
2-Don't waste your money on this in a theater, but see it someday.
1-Don't even waste your time on this on any screen.
I give this a 3. It's sad, but it's a good way to try to laugh at how Republicans never change. This is how they use puppet dummies (W, Donny, Reagan) to distract while they invent "wars", change rules, and rob America.
