Review of Vertigo (1958) by Cle S — 24 May 2014
This epic mystery masterpiece can be named alongside "Rear Window" and "Psycho" as one of Hitchcock's finest films. It doesn't only contain James Stewart's best Hitchcock performance, but its arc of suspense is nearly undiscoverable in nowadays' movies.
Watching this film, you'll find yourself wondering and astonished till the end and even though it lasts very long for Hitchcock standards it's never even close to get boring.
