Review of Vertigo (1958) by Garry M — 03 Mar 2014
Surreal feeling and elusive, one of my favourite elements of Vertigo is it's hypnotic approach to direction, which takes a decent (yet ordinary) mystery and makes it seem strangely dreamlike. Combined with an outstanding script, cast and score this is easily.
One of the greatest thrillers ever.
