Review of Versus (2000) by Dan C — 22 Sep 2007
Ryuhei Kitamura's cult classic is sure to please fans of the martial arts/ Asian cinema genre. With some very decent fight sequences and enough gore to satisfy even the most die hard horror fan, Versus is certainly worth a watch.
Although Versus thrives in action, it falls flat on its face when it comes to plot; with a storyline that's way too complicated for some, or perhaps slightly too 'Asian' for us Westerners to fully understand!
