Review of Versus (2000) by Jason J — 08 Jul 2007

I heard about this movie and expected it to be amazing. But I think it is hyped up too much. I mean the story is just horrible that even a 5 year old could write a better one. Some of the acting was pretty bad also.

Tak Sakaguchi and Hideo Sakaki seemed to be decent actors though. But there is one thing that keeps you interested in this film and that is the fight scenes. The film has very interesting and well played out fight scenes.

Those scenes alone can give it a decent rating in my book. But not super high. If only the story, editing and some acting was more intact, this would of been one amazing movie.
