Is it just me having great expectations based on a wonderful and inspiring book, or the movie really lacked in depth?!
Anyway, I think movie should have covered the story in a more profound way! We haven't seen anything of Edwards, Marys, doctors story, Vitriol isn't even mentioned and you wouldn't know anything about the way doctor was curing "mental illness" rather then it is "non-conventional method"!
Once again, movie is way behind the book!
