4/5★ For fans of the series (myself included) and for mystery noir enthusiasts, Veronica Mars the movie offers more of what made the show great and throws out references and Easter eggs galore. We return to the characters and places we remember and see how they have, or haven't changed.
On another note, the film is an example of the changing nature of Hollywood: The movie was funded through Kickstarter- regular people gave money to pay for the cost of making Veronica Mars.
