Review of Venus (2006) by Jesse D — 16 Aug 2007
The first half of the film O'Toole plays a bit of a leacherous old man, but in the second half, he gives a performance that is so calmly devastating, that it's ashame he didn't win the Oscar.
Also, the supporting cast behind O'Toole is wonderful; Leslie Phillips gives a a great performance which wasn't well-enough recognized.
