It has already been said - this movie is a mess. The main problem is it tries to be a little both of everything - action, comedy, thriller but it ends up being neither. Good CGI and Tom Hardy save the film but still, I just feel that great potential has been lost due to the bad directing and messy plot (writing).
You don't have to be a genius director to know that some things just don't work for example mixing action and comedy works, action and thriller is also OK, but mixing thriller and comedy?! All in all I will just say this - if you don't expect too much of the movie, you will likely enjoy it.
