Worth seeing, but don't expect anything better than an average movie experience. Exchanges between Venom and Brock are sometimes humorous, but more often cringeworthy. A major turning point for the character of Venom toward the end feels completely unearned.
What should have been an amazing reveal in the post credits sequence ended up seeming way too forced.
