Review of Venom (2018) by Jonita Davis for Black Girl Nerds — 07 Oct 2018
The entire first half of 'Venom', the story tries very hard to build Tom Hardy's character Eddie up to be a great reporter. But, Hardy looks uncomfortable and ill-suited to this Clark-Kentian treatment.
That's just one of several problems in this film.
