Review of Venom (2018) by Shaun C — 03 Oct 2018

I don't think i've ever seen critics get a movie so wrong. I thought Hardy shined with the dialogue and his spin on an odd Eddie Brock. There was some strange conversations before full suit Venom but it was all strangely hilarious. The back and forth of Eddie and Venom makes this movie shine.

The action was good and Riot was a great first villain of the movie. He was like the cop guy from T2 but way way more awesome. I was loving how Venom was ising himself as an extension to fight or flee.

Tom Hardy shined so hard in this movie. It had horror, comedy, and action. It was a perfect blend and after the post credits im looking forward to the next movie.

Also id like to point out I took a friend to watch it who is not a Venom fan at all. Thought the character in the comics and animated series was just meh. He walked out that movie theatre a Venom fan. Im not sure what the critics were seeing. Though they are the ones who gave TLJ and Black Panther outlandish ratings (both of which were good imo but not the scores they got good).

Dont let critics shy you away. Go see this movie and bond with some symbiotes.
