Review of Venom (2018) by Daniel W — 04 Oct 2018

I don't know what the "film critics" are looking for in this movie because it's the not the type of film that's gonna win an Oscar but for me a regular movie goer I loved it, Tom hardy is great as Eddie/venom and there's some light humour in there too, try not to focus too much on the lore of venom and the symbiotes and you'll be fine, the cgi was pretty good as was the action and story, I hope this does get a sequel if everyone stopped being so damn critical of it, this isn't your cookie cutter mcu movie so get a grip and just enjoy it for its entertainment value alone.
