As a person who grew up watching Spider-Man tv shows, playing Spider-Man video games, and reading Spider-Man comics, this movie was AWESOME. As a non-traditional Spider-Man narrative version of Venom this is everything I could have dreamed of and more.
I firmly believe that critics want to feel cool and original by slamming good movies. The critics of Venom are obviously not true fans, because this movie was excellent. It was the PERFECT visual and auditory representation of one the greatest Spider-Man villains of all time.
Tom Hardy and the makers of this film absolutely killed it.
