Movie wasn't perfect, but it gets lots of points for getting the look and feel of venom right... Spider logo not withstanding. The pacing bwas good didn't find myself bored at any point and as a comic fan I appreciate the nods to the comics with the allusion to his time in New York among other nods I won't spoil.
My complaints are minor when compared to the amount of enjoyment I got from the film. Would recommend giving it a watch won't disappoint despite what critical say.
