The movie is not as bad as the critics seem to think it is. The beginning was a little rough, but once it gets rolling it is entertaining. This isn't like the Avengers movies and is much darker, but with well placed bits of humor.
I wouldn't take a young kid, but if you enjoy comic book based movies, you should enjoy this as well.
