The late Paul Walker is out on parole and ends up getting the wrong rental car in which a whistlleblower who the local rime rings want to silence so they chase after him. Has great dialogue like: Who are you? Who are you?! WHO ARE YOU!!!?
This movie was pretty boring, never really felt thrilling or interesting and didn't do anything which stood out. Walker didn't look interested and the female lead didn't do any better. Best to avoid this one.
