I am a 63 year old woman who recently decided to make huge changes in my eating and lifestyle habits. After seeing this doc along with numerous others, I am seeing that I'm not all that interested in my own well being as I am for the animals.

I challenge each and every proud meat eater to watch this and continue eating meat without a conscience. Smoking is one big health related change us baby boomers have come to grips with, but smoking only hurts me.

It doesn't hurt countless innocent animals being processed like garbage in landfills. The collective consciousness concerning animals in America has come a long way since I was a kid, but the selective care we give to the domesticated animals we have a pets is no less horrible than Nazi selection of the finest blonde haired, blue eyes people favored and treated "decently", treating those of Jewish decent as worthless vermin.

If we are humane enough to see that animals feel pain and loss, why do we continue to treat animals for food as nothing more than a can we slap a label on, tossing out anything we can't sell and make money on.

The part of this doc that stuck with me the most is the baby male chicks being ground up alive to be used in food for other animals. Wake up America!!! We are but one generation from eating people, something that is detestable and unspeakable to most of the fat proud meat eaters.

The argument that we need meat for protein is a government lie. Our teeth are flat for God's sake. We are grain eaters. Otherwise we would have big fangs like wolves (which I feel is just over the horizon of evolution if this keeps up).

So many things about this doc has effected me and I am so thankful that I am not thinking of ME ME ME anymore, but thinking of the sweet souls of chicks, pigs, cows and all living creatures, great and small.
