Review of Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe (2016) by Monica B — 25 May 2016

I went to see this last night. I knew it was going to be emotional for me based on the preview. I thought it was very well done and informative. I recommend everyone should see it for themselves.

The film shows home video footage of some of the children (before and after the MMR) and uses recorded phone conversations between a dad of a vaccine-injured child and the whistle-blower at the CDC. How much more proof is needed? It is NOT an anti-vax film, but actually seemed to me to come to 2 simple conclusions: The MMR vaccine needs to go back to being 3 separate shots and be given at a later age (especially for African American children). The film made it clear that at the rate that Autism is multiplying, something needs to be done now. If you see this film and don't believe it, then I urge you to get to the bottom of what IS causing the epidemic.

These families have no reason to make up these claims. They are busy enough dealing with and living with sick children. Also, as one mother mentions in the film, they are just trying to save another child. It's too late for their own children. Even if your child has received this vaccine and is okay, we need to hold space for those that are not okay and support them in getting the truth out to the public. We need honest studies to be done with all the data shown. The people who's egos and greed have taken over their lives need to be exposed and stopped. We need to show empathy and protect our children.
