Could have been better. I felt there were several aspects of this movie that could have been improved. For one, Zoe Saldana was shocking as the "on-the-spot reporter" and that set the tone for the movie early on. Just because she's attractive doesn't mean she can act.
Solid performances from Dennis Quaid, Matthew Fox and Forest Whitaker improved my opinion of the movie overall, but too much went unexplained and despite a nice twist, the conclusion didn't feel as though it was a proper pay-off given the drawn-out build up.
In my view, a strong cast wasn't able to deliver in 'Vantage Point'.
