Review of Vanity Fair (2004) by Jessica S — 11 Apr 2010
Again, a perfect example of cinematic eye candy. Reese Witherspoon is a good actress, but I feel this role didn't really fit her. The costumes and visuals were stunning, and the men were super manly, but there was nothing special about this film.
Lastly, the ending in my opinion, could have been done differently (better), it didn't seem very realistic. If you enjoyed Marie Antoinette, then you will be sure to enjoy Vanity Fair.
