Won this movie and the novel in 2005. At that age I was uninterested in movies of this type, because of lack of understanding. That has now changed and I have grown to appreciate the old look to such movies.
Reese Witherspoon is an incredibly powerful actress and is perfect for such roles. She really made the movie as well as it was. Even if she looked pregnant throughout the whole thing. Very nice movie, only difficult to understand at some of the later parts.
