Becky Sharp (Reese Witherspoon) is the orphaned daughter of a starving.
Artist and French chorus girl. Despite her lack of wealth or birthright, she is determined to use all her skill and charm to conquer English upper-society, by any means possible. Beautiful, witty and passionate, she soon finds success and ascends into a glamorous and decadent life - but at what cost?
