Review of Vanishing Point (1971) by William N — 19 Dec 2010
This is one of my favorite movies. I tend to equate this movie with Easy Rider, because I think the messages are generally the same, but Easy Rider is definitely more deep than this movie. It's still a fun movie, and a great 70's movie.
Easy Rider makes me want to buy a motorcycle and Vanishing Point makes me want to buy a Dodge Charger. Both movies represent the search for personal freedom, and animosity towards social norms.
