Review of Vanilla Sky (2001) by Fanny T — 11 Sep 2011
A few emotions come to mind as this film pics up, honesty, flat spoken (unbias), blunt, tactless. All beautifull male treats accompanying being ourselves with encumbering pretentions. Ok so this starts out with his guy with perfect surrounds, epitome of a perfect life in comfort and happiness.
He hits this massive juncture in his social preceedings because of an accident involving him, and it explains how he wants more to it (his life its become) to probably fullfill it, satisfy it, obtain happiness and strength/confidence again while persuing his attractions for another person whom means as much if not more than everyone in his life .
..except himself (a vainity confrontation with extreem circumstances). As his private personal struggles go on, it turns in on itself, inside out, like origami deconstucting so unreal/surreal, swapping from dreams, to future and continuously revert to an interrogation for a murder in which he is accused of.
The romance side, it explains to me the tainting (a mans love disturbing a perfect womans self) of a women with te love of a man over her.I guess also, without spoiling it ...the ending 'hurt my head' lol that some people go a long way to make their dreams become real, get so unreal.
