Review of Vanilla Sky (2001) by Brandon S — 03 Oct 2012
Emotionally, intellectually, and philosophically engaging. David Ames(Cruise) isnt sure what is real and what isnt, and neither is the viewer. During part of the movie Ames wears a prosthetic mask. I think the mask represents his not knowing exactly who he is.
At times I really felt sorry for the character. The movie will keep you guessing till the end.
