With a brilliant mix of romance, sci-fi and drama, Vanilla Sky is a philisophical masterpiece. Tom Cruise's character is a confused individual that anyone can have an easy time relating to. Themes are a dime a dozen and and will remain fresh in your mind long after the movie is over.
The plot is complicated and hard to follow, but the second time through, it all fits together like a jigsaw puzzle. 'Open Your Eyes'.
