This film seems to run just like an '80s teen comedy..and a bad one at that. There are a some amusing moments. Jonathan Bennett holds some charm, but lacks more of that charm, as well as the charisma that Ryan Reynolds had in the original.
Whatever happened to Kristin Cavalleri (Kaitlin) in the original? Her character was far more interesting than Tara Reid's. Interesting side note: Bennett also starred in the "Dukes of Hazzard" prequel.
This one is a lot better than that.
