What was wrong with this movie exactly? Why are people bashing it so? This is what I loved about this movie. Other than the fact it featured the Universal monsters I grew up watching, this was an excellent movie! It was an incredible adventure with vampires and werewolves, a fun enjoyable thrill ride that doesn't take itself too seriously or too gothic.
Bottom line, this is exactly what fun popcorn movies are made of. Unholy fun and irresistible adventures! Van Helsing delivers on many levels, and if you disagree, well, watch it a second time.
