Another film that has gone underrated and under appreciated for what it is. A Gothic action thriller with decent characterization and pleasingly grim visuals combined with kick ass action. This film is supposed to be a little kitschy as far as I can tell.
A combination of classic monster movie creatures with a new sense of flare.
