Review of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (2001) by Edgar C — 07 Nov 2009
Vampire Hunter D is a great gothic anime ride with predominant style throughout. "A bloody anime adventure" suits the film perfectly, and the final result feels like a combination of a black-and-white vampire film with the coolest characteristics of the videogame Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Pretty much amazing macabre little flick.
