Review of Vampire Hunter D (1985) by Heather M — 16 Jun 2009
I originally saw the dead-end of this Anime on Saturday Anime on the Sci-Fi channel while growing up. I searched for this Anime until I hit High School, and fell in love all over again. Gory movie, but wonderful.
As I said about Bloodlust (the sequel), I actually didn't know that Vampire Hunter D started life as a novel--and a very GOOD novel, at that. I highly recommend this Anime to any and all who I think can handle the gore.
Old School Anime at it's best.
