Review of Vampire Academy (2014) by William G — 14 Feb 2014

The movie was very good. Very humorous and relatable. I think that the characters seemed too old for their roles. Dimitri didn't meet my expectations at all. He was too old, not handsome enough, and didn't have as much personality as in the books.

Some of the scenes were mixed around, spirit was known about more, and the scene where Lissa was kidnapped was far too short and didn't include the most important details. The movie was great, but felt a little rushed.

If you hadn't read the book, the movie would be great for teens.
