I saw this movie with a bunch of my friends (and let me tell you none of them read the books) so anyway they walked in theater not feeling anything, but instantly after the first 20 mins my friends loved it (me included) it was awesome.
Which is why there should be a sequel. Even though you aren't a fan or you haven't read the books, if you're looking for something to be entertained then this movie is it. There are a couple of flaws in this movie but let me tell u this : stop comparing it to twilight.
It has a very unique storyline and please don't judge. The main character doesn't sit around waiting for her hero to come and save her. So please support Vampire academy because for me it sounded better than all the other YA adaptations out there.
