Honestly, it breaks my heart to see these bad reviews. It's a book series people!!! It's an extremely great book series that covers some serious topics. The marketing for this movie was poorly chosen.
They do not "suck at school". It's not even about school really. Its about protecting the ones you love. Its amazing and I am going to try and see it as many times as possible. Please don't ignore this movie just because of the "typical vampire movie".
It's not your average vampire movie at all, and its nothing like Twilight. There's no sparkly fluffy vamps, theres a whole complexity to it that can only be shown in 1 hr 45min. If we want to step more into this world, then there has to be a sequel but that won't happen unless everyone gives this movie a chance.
Please go see it, you will not be disappointed. Keep in mind that this is a YA series! Its not gonna be like Eat Pray Love okay?
