Review of Vampire Academy (2014) by Amy D — 23 Feb 2014

I have read the books and watched the movie and the movie is very true to the book with a little bit of added humor. Those who are saying it is a knock off of the Twilight series do not realize that the book was out before the Twilight books were.

Of course the similarities with the Twilight and the Vampire Academy series all end with the fact that they are about vampires. Those who chose the actors for the movie hit it dead on. They are almost exactly how I pictured them.

Like I said earlier, the movie stays very true to the book. I hope that they continue to make movies for the series. They just need more publicity for the movie.
