Vampire Academy followed the pattern of ordinary YA book-to-movie adaptations, having a few original elements. It is also poorly acted and written, the dialogue being one of the biggest flaws of the movie.
Even if it looks stupid sometimes, this is a watchable movie and a nice experience if you want to have a good time.
