I can quote most of this movie I've seen it so many times. I recorded it on Beta when it first came on HBO in '84 when I was 13. It's such an 80's classic. Nick Cage is rockin', dangerous and edgy to Julie's clean Valley girl style.
The Plimsouls performances provide the perfect backdrop and the fashions are frozen in time. The supporting characters - Julie's three best girlfriends and her quirky hippy parents add extra good times.
