Review of Valkyrie (2008) by Damien K — 27 Jun 2011
Quite probably the only movie involving Tom Cruise that I don't detest (yup, even Rain Man). However, only the parts of this movie that doesn't include Tom Cruise excelled. The engrossing story that closely followed what actually happened (I looked up historical inaccuracies afterwards but found out that this movie has only few) and the seasoned acting of other actors that make this movie shine.
In many ways Cruise' appearance in this film merely serves to brand it as a product of Hollywood.
