I thought that a movie that wasn't produced by Dreamworks or Pixar would be different in a good way.

I was wrong. The animation is bad. It's terrible. I've seen better clips come out of a month-long crash-courses in animation.

And those clips have more interesting characters and better scripts too. Avoid this at all costs. Take Hoodwinked(2005) instead, if you're looking for a change in the Pixar/DW -mush.
