Review of Valiant (2005) by Foucault L — 11 Apr 2005
Very disappointed! I have been disappointed to see that this movie was adressed to persons less than 10 years old! Contrary to the Pixar, the public is very targeted for this movie! Gags are simple and repetitive! This movie missed of rythm and humour! We are enchanted when the train begins and during the scene of fights but otherwise it's very boring for the persons more than 10 years old!
On the other hand, the strong point of this movie is the graphics and the animation of the pigeons, the falcons! This movie would have been a very good movie of animation if the humour and the interest would have been raised!
Otherwise, blow of hat to the English who did a beautiful movie with a budget 3 times less than Pixar! Take along your children, that will please to them!
