Review of Valiant (2005) by Jules E — 15 Aug 2006
Valiant is animated movie where adults or even teenagers won't like. The whole valiant small in size but big in heart thing is cute and heartwarming but that didn't stop the screenplay to have lots of flops.
The story is based on true events, and over 30 pigeons were honoured at the end of the world war, but in the movie the human-pigeon collaboration wasn't shown, it only focused on the pigeons thing.
And only Valiant was the lovable character in this movie. The others are stupid characters without any emotional or comic depth. The voice talents weren't that good. So in the end I have to say that I gave the movie 2 stars for the cute valiant, if it wasn't for him it would have been one.
