Review of Valhalla Rising (2009) by Keegan C — 02 Jul 2011
Much like when Kubrick's Space Odyssey came out, most of critical reaction was perplexed. After some time the film proved to be a superbly nuanced celluloid journey. What it did for space exploration is what Valhalla Rising does for Viking mythology.
The Film is bound to be misunderstood. After all what you want to see is some Viking Warfare right?
